Pakistani Consulate in Jeddah yesterday organised an online Pakistan Investment Seminar under the chairmanship of Consul General Khalid Majeed to highlight investment opportunities in Pakistan. The seminar was attended by officials from Sindh Board of Investment and other investors apart from members of the business community. The seminar highlighted various sectors for investing in Pakistan. It is pertinent to mention that Balochistan is a land of opportunity, with successful investments by Saudi companies in the past, especially in the energy and oil and gas sectors, as well as in livestock, agriculture and tourism. Chairman Balochistan Investment board Farman Zarkoon briefed the participants about the numerous job opportunities in the largest province of Pakistan. Companies from all over the world, including Saudi Arbia, can make profitable investments. In addition, there are numerous incentives and facilities for investors in the Gwadar Free Trade Zone and the Special Economic Zones of Hub and Bostan.
