The Balochistan government's livestock department under the prime minister’s programme has disbursed Rs3.4 million among herders in Nushki district.

Officials distributed cheques among 85 herders worth Rs40,000 each as first installment. Lehri said that each herder would be given an additional Rs30,000 as their second installment.

While addressing the ceremony he added that only 200 herders in Nushki district would be provided Rs1.85 billion as relief package with the aim to promote the profession of livestock in the area.
