A police constable was injured in an incident of firing near BRB Canal on Wednesday. The victim was identified as Usman. He was travelling on a road when unidentified people intercepted him and resorted to firing. Resultantly, he sustained bullet injuries and was shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment. Police collected forensic evidence and were investigating the matter further.
