LAHORE:

A man was found dead under suspicious circumstances in Gajjumata on Tuesday. The victim has been identified as Amanat Bhatti, a resident of Kasur. The victim worked at a hotel and lived in a rented house in Gajjumata. The neighbours informed the police about the deceased when his body started emanating a foul smell. A police team reached the spot on information and took the body to a morgue for autopsy. They also collected forensic evidence from the crime scene and recorded statements of the witnesses. Police said that initial investigations revealed that the victim had suffered a heart attack.
