The Pak-Afghan border was opened for two days on Wednesday for two-way pedestrian traffic till Eid after negotiations with the sit-in committee who continued protesting for five months. According to details, the Baab e Dosti Gate was opened finally after negotiations that were carried on for months. “People are now being allowed to come and go and the flow of passengers from both sides has started.” Members of sit-in committee on Pak-Afghan border ANP Tehsil President Munawar Khan, District President of Anjuman-e-Tajiran Mohammad Sadiq Achakzai, President of Mazlum Ulsi Tehreek Qari Ataullah Muslim, Mullah Bahram, Naeem Khan, Manan Durrani, Amir Mohammad, Qari Imdadullah, Abdul Wali Salar and others were present.
