Subsidised flour sale under way

The food director said the government has set up at least 50 flour distribution points

Flour is being distributed under the government quota in the province. This was stated by Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Food Department Director Muhammad Zubair in a statement on Monday. He said that as many as 12,628 bags of flour are being provided daily. The 20kg bags of flour were being provided to citizens for Rs860, he informed. Flour is being provided in Malakand, Swabi, Mardan, Charsadda and other districts, he added. The food director said the government has set up at least 50 flour distribution points at 50 spots in the provincial capital alone.
