Car bursts into flames

A car caught fire at the Drigh Road Underpass on Tuesday night.

The car was gutted in the incident, while those travelling in it were able to escape in time without any casualties. A fire tender arrived at the spot and doused the flames after the fire department was informed about the incident. Officials suspected the blaze had erupted due to a short circuit in the car’s wiring.
