Umar emphasize on the work schemes of the health sector

ISLAMABAD:

The planning ministry has sought monthly review meetings over the development of health projects in the federal capital.

This was directed as the Federal Minister for Planning and Development Asad Umar chaired a meeting the other day to review development projects undertaken by the federal health ministry in the federal capital.

Fragile health facilities may face corona catastrophe

Umar emphasized that the work on schemes of the health sector, which have been approved by the government, need to be expedited so that residents have access to medical facilities closer to their homes.

He further directed the federal health secretary to organise a monthly progress review meeting to ensure that the development of health projects for the capital are being completed on time.
