Six ‘terrorists’ sent on remand
The administrative judge of an anti-terrorism court handed over on Monday six alleged members of a banned Baloch outfit, said to be affiliated with Indian intelligence agency Research and Analysis Wing (RAW), to the police on physical remand. The accused, namely Sher Khan, Karim Bakhsh, Dilshad, Dur Khan, Moran and Ameer Bakhsh, were presented before the court. The investigation officer informed the court that they had been brought to court for the possession of weapons and ammunition as well as their affiliation with the group reportedly involved in Pakistan Stock Exchange attack. He moved the court to grant their physical remand to the police. The court handed them over to the police on physical remand till August 3.
