CPO holding daily town hall meetings

The CPO warned police officers of strict action if they showed any negligence

To resolve grievances of residents, Rawalpindi City Police Officer (CPO) DIG, Ahsan Younas has started holding ‘Khuli Kutcheries’ at his office daily. A police spokesperson said that special arrangements have been made for the Khuli Kutcheries while all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) prescribed by the Punjab government to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus (Covid-19) are being implemented. The CPO warned police officers of strict action if they showed any negligence in addressing complaints of citizens, particularly those marked by him, within the shortest possible time frame, he added.
