Watch: Pakistani artists give new meaning to having tea in social distancing

A compilation of art animations by more than 20 local artists called 'Safe Tea First' is doing rounds on social media

Pakistani artists are using the time in social distancing to find creative ways to collaborate on art. After taking on the No Rush challenge, local artists have now teamed up on a project called 'Safe Tea First'. It's basically a compilation of varioust art animation by more than 20 creators, which show people enjoying tea in isolation.

"What happens when 20+ chai addicted artists join hands to spread awareness for social distancing? A collaboration with a brilliant bunch of Pakistani Artist," artist Umair Najeeb wrote in a tweet as he posted the two minute video incorporate the magnificent work of multiple illustrators.

From animies such as Attack on Titan, to Wes Anderson films to even the Power Puff Girls, the collaboration saw tons of homages with each artist presenting what tea means to them in isolation in unique ways.

The collaboration was appreciated by many on twitter.
