Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar makes maiden visit to Kharar Buzdar

Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar made a maiden visit to Kharar Buzdar, a peripheral tribal area in Dera Ghazi Khan on Wednesday. He met ‘Muqadmeen Jirga’ and notables in the area and issued directions for solving problems faced by local people.

While speaking to the local residents, the CM assured them that every problem would be solved as he was familiar with them and pointed out that the additional chief secretary (South) was accompanying him to comprehend the problems of the area.

The CM announced the status of Rural Health Centre to BHU Kharar Buzdar along with setting up a rescue centre and the start of motorcycle rescue service. He also announced launching of a water supply scheme to meet the needs of the area along with setting up of a Bank of Punjab branch.

While directing the early completion of the construction of link roads, the CM asked officials to ensure transparency in the development projects. “South Punjab secretariat has been set up and allocated 33% budget for the development of the region,” he highlighted.
