
A 15-year-old cancer patient's wish was fulfilled on Tuesday after Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa interacted with him and inquired after his health.
“#COAS interacted with 15 yrs old child, Ali Raza, fighting cancer 4 last one yr. Ali expressed desire to meet COAS & join Pak Army. Interaction was arranged @ Corps HQ Karachi via video link,” the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said in a tweet on Tuesday.

The military’s media wing said General Qamar appreciated the passion of the young boy and inquired about his wellbeing and prayed for his recovery.
In a video message posted by the ISPR, Raza says he loves Pakistan Army so much and desires to join the armed forces for the protection of the country.
“Today, I am feeling very happy wearing army’s uniform,” he added.
