'Qurbani App' launched ahead of Eidul Azha

Qurbani App is transforming the livestock sector in Pakistan by providing a platform for buyers and sellers

With Bakra Eid just around the bend, Pakistani developers have launched an app for all the livestock trade.

As everything gradually makes its way towards digitization due to the Covid-19 pandemic, Qurbani App is a welcome initiative.

The new platform lets livestock buyers and sellers share their animals with the community. They can interact with each other and share their opinions on goat, sheep and cows.

The Qurbani service can deliver goats to your home, sacrifice and deliver meat, or distribute meat among the deserving communities in Pakistan. Users can also order goat, sheep or cow for Sadaqah 24/7 from across the globe.

There are helpful videos available on livestock farming and the livestock is listed with their price. The platform is helpful for people living abroad or those who have little knowledge about livestock, they can now easily perform Qurbani or give Sadqah with a click of a button without going through any hassle.

The platform is associated with a number of local social welfare organisations who maintain a database of widows, divorcees, orphans, daily wage earners, families living on rent.

Qurbani app also offers ‘Ijtamae Qurbani’ starting at Pkr 13,000. The animals slaughtered within the first two days of Eid and meat distributed within the first three days. The app updates users live on WhatsApp.

Qurbani App is now available on android as well as iOS.
