The Supreme Court adjourned on Tuesday the hearing of a plea seeking former Fishermen Cooperative Society chairperson Dr Nisar Morai’s bail due to the absence of the petitioner’s counsel. A three-member bench, comprising Justice Faisal Arab, Justice Sajjad Ali Shah and Justice Munib Akhtar, was hearing the plea at Supreme Court’s Karachi Registry. The investigation officer submitted records pertaining to the case at the hearing. However, the court adjourned the hearing due to the absence of the petitioner’s counsel.
