It also contains citrulline, magnesium and vitamin A to keep the blood vessels supple and wide.
How to make it:
Blend one cup of watermelon with a few mint leaves. Add a pinch of pink salt.
Needless to say, add more yoghurt, fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds to your diet to build immunity and avoid sugar, fried food and processed foods.
Ginger Tea
You can consume this twice daily.
