Five killed in Quetta armed clash
The bodies and injured were shifted to district hospital Musakhel
QUETTA:
At least five people including a man and his two sons were killed on Thursday and another person was injured in an armed clash been two rival groups in the Musakhel district of Balochistan.
According to Levies officials, the armed men belonging to both sides began firing at each other which continued for an hour, resulting in the death of five people on the spot.
“The cause of the armed clash was land dispute which lead to the bloody clash,” Assistant Commissioner Musakhel said, who rushed to the clash site soon after receiving information about the incident along with Levies force personnel.
Levies officials said the deceased include the father and two brothers of Alam Khan who is the Musakhel District President of Pakistan Tehreek Insaf (PTI).
