Three killed in Attock accident
A car collided with a dump truck near Faqeerabad area

At least three people were killed, including two women, when a car collided with a dump truck near Faqeerabad area of the district.
The Attock District Emergency Officer Ashfaq Mian on Friday said that Omer, his fiance Kanwal - who teaches at the Army Public School, and her mother Taj Begum were returning from Islamabad on Thursday evening when their sports utility vehicle crashed into a dump truck. All three were killed in the accident.
Safety Investigation Board to conduct PIA plane crash inquiry
Mian said that Omar and Kanwal were due to wed in a few days. He added that rescue workers recovered substantial valuables from the site of the crash including valuables worth Rs725,680, prize bonds worth Rs 10,000, two golden rings, three precious stones and two iPhones.
Mian said that this was the biggest recovery made by Rescue 1122 in the area since it was established in Attock.
Later, these valuables were handed over to the legal heirs of the deceased including Yasir Idrees, Advocate Nadeem, Arshad and Tasawar Aziz Khan.
