Rescue 1122 finalises Eid plan

FAISALABAD: Rescue 1122 has finalised its Eid emergency duty plan to provide services during any emergency in the district.

This was stated by a spokesperson on Thursday. He said the leaves of staff have been cancelled for the purpose.

Emergency Operations Officer Ghulam Shabbir during a meeting held here to finalise the plan also issued directives for providing emergency services to the victims of any mishap.

He said leaves of all rescue staff have been cancelled and all rescue ambulances and officials will perform their duties as routine for provision of relief to people in case of any emergency during the holidays.

He said that rescue posts will be set up near mosques, Eidgahs and other important places.
