
Nisar Ahmed told the police that a tractor driver, Sarfaraz, called him to inform that the suspect, Sajid Hussain, was asking him to plough his land. Nisar said that he, his father Noor Ahmed and a friend rushed to stop Hussain from occupying it.
However, as soon as they reached the sport, Nisar said, Hussain and his accomplices started fighting with them. Hussain and his accomplices twisted the neck of Noor Ahmed and hurled him to the ground leaving him injured. Seeing the elderly in such a condition, the suspects started hurling death threats and fled. The injured was being shifted to the hospital when he succumbed to death. Police have registered a case and started the investigation.
Separately, three unidentified suspects impersonating as Anti-corruption Police (ACP) officials barged into a house and robbed valuables in the precincts of Wah Cantt police station on Monday.
