According to the police, 83-year-old Abdul Hanan was killed by unknown assailants using a knife. The suspects reportedly fled the scene after the incident.
The police suspect, based on evidence gathered, that a family member may have been involved in the murder. They have recorded the statements of three of the people present at the home, while others will be questioned after the funeral. Further investigations are being carried out.
