RAWALPINDI: Communications teams from the Rawalpindi Waste Management Company (RWMC) and Al-bayrak continued their Clean and Green Pakistan Campaign at Muslim Town over the weekend. They met clerics to disseminate a message of cleanliness amongst the public in their sermons.

The RWMC spokesperson said that the communication teams were continuously working to make Rawalpindi waste-free.

For this purpose, RWMC and Al-bayrak scheduled different activities which consist of door-to-door visits, mosques, markets, camp, walk and school awareness drives during which the teams engage in noteworthy dialogue with the people.

The RWMC and Al-bayrak team also met with clerics in UC-28 in which the clerics were asked to disseminate the message of cleanliness in their Friday sermons, or in other religious congregations.
