KARACHI:
After hundreds of hints about epic performances and hype over its female-led list of nominees, the Grammy Awards 2020 were in full swing last night with major fashion moments to boot. It's music's biggest night so naturally, the stars were celebrating and hitting the red carpet in their best get-ups.

Over the years, the Grammys have become well-known for outrageous looks by music's best. Who can forget Lady Gaga in a literal egg back in 2011? Or when Jennifer Lopez wore THAT green Versace dress that actually created Google Images?

This year, celebrities such as Lizzo, Ariana Grande, Billie Eilish, Lil Nas X and Dua Lipa showed up with some wild fashion moments and stellar performances. But which stars outshone all others on the fashion front?

The Thank U, Next songstress made her epic Grammys return on Sunday night wearing not one but two Cinderella gowns on the red carpet and rightfully reigning our best dressed list.

While both looks were in the same grey colour scheme, they were also different and oh-so Ari. The first gown was a custom look by Giambattista Valli and a sort of call back to her Zac Posen gown from last year.

For her second look, before the show even started, Grande switched into a gown that had the princess vibes but somehow, was a little more demure. It included a oversized skirt and a cropped top with a sparkling neckline.

Bold, different and striking. Disagree with us if you will, but the outspoken actor and radio host knows how to find the right balance between outrageous an elegant for the Grammys. Simple hair and accessories combined with the stand-out Romona Keveza was a good choice to make this ensemble pop.

What was Priyanka thinking wearing that dress at the #Grammys2020?

Gwen Stephani

We can't get over how the Don't Speak singer rocked this sweet Dolce & Gabbana number. Often known for her more rebellious style, Stephani went down a more refined path in the custom frock while still rocking those over-the-knee boots for an edgy vibe we all know and love about her.

Not to mention, how cute is Stephani singing Nobody But You with The Voice star Blake Shelton, who is also her real-life partner? We love the look too, from what we could see of it.

Chrissy Tiegen

Tiegen showed up looking like a bronzed, tangerine dream alongside her All of Me star husband John Legend. Not only are these two #couplegoals, Tiegen, who is known for her sassy social media posts, showed true Grammys spirit in this Yanina Couture ruffled peplum ensemble. It's also key to mention that peplums are trending once more!

Lizzo

The Truth Hurts singer is a queen, honestly. Giving us major Old Hollywood glam vibes, the artist accessorised her Atelier Versace look with a simple yet gorgeous diamond necklace and a white fur shawl. Angelic vibes all round and a total fit for the Grammys. Bravo!
