Car hit the tractor which was parked by the roadside during rain

HYDERABAD: The former naib ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami Sindh was killed in a road accident along with two associates in Nawabshah district on Monday.

Azeem Baloch, 45, was travelling from Mehrabpur to Shahdadpur, Sanghar district, when the car struck a tractor trolley during overtaking, killing Baloch and two of his colleagues, identified as Ghulam Rasool Arain and Irfan Ahmed, on the spot. Meanwhile, two others, identified as Javed Abbasi and Hammad Ali Arain, were injured.

The deceased and the injured were shifted to Peoples Medical College Hospital (PMCH) in Nawabshah for medico-legal formalities and treatment, respectively.

Arain told the local media that their car had hit the tractor, which was parked by the roadside, during rain.
