PM Imran arrives in Karachi on daylong trip

Prime Minister Imran Khan on Friday arrived in Karachi on a daylong visit. He is accompanied by President Dr Arif Alvi.
During his visit, the prime minister will hold meetings to review the ongoing development projects in Karachi that are being funded by the federal government.
He will also preside over meetings with different stakeholders, members of the business community, politicians and Sindh-based Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leaders.
The trip will be one of the premier’s shortest visits since he took charge.
According to the PTI leadership in Karachi, Khan will also discuss the K-IV water project and reverse osmosis (RO) plants.
They hoped that the premier would announce a significant project for the people of the province.
