Drowning: Youth dies after falling in canal

DASKA: A youth drowned in the Bambaanwala-Ravi-Badian (BRB) Canal on Monday. Over the past week, three people have drowned in BRB Canal. According to Rescue 1122 officials, Gujranwala resident Ali Hassan, 13, came to Daska city to visit his uncle’s family. He was walking along the banks of the canal, when he slipped and drowned.
