Cultural show held to celebrate Quaid’s birthday

Event aimed to educate young generation about the struggle of great leader for the Independence of homeland Pakistan

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan National Council of the Arts arranged “Colourful Cultural Show” to mark the birth day of father of the nation Quaid-i-Azam, Muhammad Ali Jinnah at PNCA Auditorium, Islamabad with the aim to educate the young generation about the struggle of great leader for the Independence of home land Pakistan.

Artists from all over Pakistan presented tribute to Quaid-i-Azam. Bano Rehmat a famous singer of Kashmir presented Kashmiri folk song and Pakistani national songs. Among other artists was Shahid Ali Khan from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa who presented patriotic Pushto songs and received great applause from the audience. Fazal Jutt a legendry folk artist and known for presentation of popular Punjabi Lok Dastan Heer Ranjha, spell bound the audience with his superb performance.
