Mrs Musharraf reminisces via Facebook

In the latest video uploaded on former president Pervez Musharraf's page on Facebook, Sehba Musharraf, his wife speaks of their first meeting.

Sehba describes the meeting as an interesting one based on the attire that Musharraf had on when he arrived at her house along with his aunt.

She recalls Musharraf to be wearing Peshawari chappals with pants, which struck her "as not the done thing."

It was Kharian, year 1982/83. I was 2IC Signals and Sir, Pervez Musharraf, CO SP Regt. Our units were neighbouring. The first look of PM was confidence building of a true army leader. He was straight, to the point, clear, forthright and authoritative. After a brief stay away from Kharian, PM again joined as Comd Arty, I was then CO sigs.
