Nurses at Civil Hospital Sukkur allege doctors negligence resulted in the death of Zahida.
Nurses on strike after colleague's death
The deceased nurse Zahida, 28, a resident of Mirpur Mathelo, was running a fever and was admitted at the hospital for treatment.
She died late Sunday night, as a result of which, her fellow nurses stopped working in dissent.
According to the nurses, Dr Javed and Dr Anisa dealt with Zahida’s case irresponsibly which caused her death and are now allegedly transferring her body to Mirpur Mathelo.
Patients at the hospital remain unattended and are facing a hard time due to the strike.
