
He was addressing National Party’s public gathering in Kohlu district. Kher Jan Baloch, Yasmin Lehri, Abdul Khaliq Baloch, Mehrab Baloch and other leaders also addressed on the occasion.
“The deep sea port of Gwadar, gold and copper mines of Reko Dik and Saindak and deposits of natural gas lie in Balochistan yet the people of the province are still deprived,” said Baloch.
Criticising the current regime, he said the entire set up of the present provincial government comprises of incompetent people.
“People in power are involved in taking bribes. Jobs are being given not through public service commission or quality test or an examination mechanism but by providing bribes,” Baloch alleged.
He added that most of the development projects go to waste due to the criminal negligence and incompetency of the present government of Balochistan.
Former CM repeated his party’s stance regarding the general elections of 2018, terming the latter as bogus and rigged. “The National Party’s mandate was stolen,” he claimed.
“The incumbent Tehreek-e-Insaf government is ‘selected’ and they do not have the ability to solve the issues and the problems of the people,” Baloch said.
“Country is undergoing a very crucial phase as it is in turmoil. Because of economic deprivation, high inflation rate and uncertainty, people of Pakistan are losing their trust in the parliament,” he maintained, implying that unemployment and poverty were increasing.
