Facebook's family of apps including Instagram and Messenger after facing a global outage briefly have now been restored while the reason for the servers being down remained unknown.
Users in Pakistan and around the world once again faced an outage as they were not able to share content or even log into their accounts.

While Facebook in a statement to CNBC had said “Earlier today, an issue in one of our central software systems caused many people to have trouble accessing Facebook’s family of apps. We quickly investigated, started restoring access, and we’re now monitoring for a full recovery. We’re sorry for the inconvenience.”
