Huawei new speaker design outshines Apple’s HomePod

The device will cost you a whopping $284

Huawei, a company that is known for bringing innovative design and technology to its device and accessories has recently launched a new smart speaker in partnership with fancy French audio company Devialet.

Known as Sound X,  the design is sleek and sturdy bigger than Apple’s HomePod measuring 203mm in height, 165mm in width and 3.5kg in weight.

The speakers offer the latest specs, with 360-degree sound and a 60W dual subwoofer and operates with a quad-core processor.

This device is equipped with 512MB RAM and 8GB ROM storage along with HiLink smart home control feature and Huawei's Xiaoyi voice assistant.

Samsung shows off new design for square-folding phone

The device will cost you a whopping $284 in China and the complete stereo set for $552 however, at present there is no confirmation on international availability.
