A bullet-riddled body of a man was found in D-12 area on Tuesday. The incident came to light when some passersby spotted the body and informed the Golra police, who arrived on the spot and shifted the body to Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences Islamabad (Pims).


The victim was identified as Naimat Khan, 50, a resident of Fauji Colony area of Pirwadhai. He had five bullet injuries in his chest, police said.  The victim’s son, Amir Shahzad, told the police that two unidentified persons came over to his house on a motorcycle on Monday evening and left with his father. He suspected that the motorcycle riders were behind the killing.
