The police have been directed to seal Nadra Chowk, Agha Khan Road, PTV Chowk, Margalla Road and Serena Chowk to stop the Azadi march participants from entering the Red Zone.

Containers are being installed for the Azadi march called by the JUI-F. Cranes have been used to pile up the containers for sealing the roads on Agha Khan Road and Nadra Chowk. More containers have been sent around to seal the PTV Chowk and Margalla Road.

According to the police sources, the Islamabad police have obtained 400 containers on rent. The police have made arrangements that would allow them to seal the Red Zone on five-minute notice.
