Accident: 1 killed in collision

BAHAWALPUR: One person was killed when a speeding car collided into a bicycle near Ahmadpur East, nearly 54 kilometers from Bahawalpur on Sunday.  According to police officials, Sajjad was travelling on his bicycle when he was hit by a speeding car. He received serious injuries in the collision and was rushed to the local DHQ hospital where he expired. Police have registered the case and are searching for the whereabouts of the car driver who fled the scene.
