Jawad Rafiq Ahmed, the newly-appointed commissioner of Lahore Division, assumed the charge of his office on Saturday. Ahmed heard applications from members of the public at his office and issued orders on them. He also visited the Ashiana Housing scheme and a section of the Ring Road.
