ATC sends accused Bengali on remand

ATC remanded suspect Usman Bengali who is accused in the murder case of two minor children

HYDERABAD:
An anti-terrosim court remanded suspect Usman Bengali accused in the murder case of two minor children to seven days in police custody. GOR police inserted sections of the Anti-Terrorism Act in the FIR which earlier contained only Sections 302 and 364 of the Pakistan Penal Code. Qadir Baksh Siyal, 12, and his sister R*, 8, were killed on July 8 in two separate areas of Hyderabad by the same accused. He allegedly raped R* before strangulating her to death.
