Through sheer hard work and dedication, the once struggling but ambitious Indian-Muslim student overcame barrier after barrier to become not only one of the most sought-after actors in the world but also, one of the highest-paid ones.

Born on November 2, 1965, SRK made his big debut back in 1992 with Deewana. He has by now featured in over 80 Bollywood films but of his best known works include Darr (1993), Baazigar (1993), Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge (1995), Dil Tau Pagal Hai (1997), Kuch Kuch Hota Hai (1998), Devdas (2002), Chak De! India (2007), Raees (2017).

As everyone’s favourite Rahul completes 27 years in the film industry this week, here’s a lowdown of how he has built up an impressive portfolio of assets and a total net worth of $600 million in 2019. It’s awe-inspiring, to say the least!

Properties in India
SRK and his family own and reside in a palatial house in Mumbai called Mannat, which is reportedly worth INR200 crores itself. In addition to this, has a farmhouse in Alibaug called Deja Vu Farms.

Properties around the world
The Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham has an estate called Villa K-93 in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. The cost of the holiday home is estimate to be north of INR17 crores. And that’s not all. SRK owns a home in Park Lane, London, as well – one of the most posh areas of the British capital. The property is worth approximately INR167 crores, reported Pinkvilla.

Cars and bikes
As per several reports, the actor is the owner of many luxury cars. These include an Audi A6, a BMW i8, a BMW 7 series, a BMW 6 series (convertible), a Mitsubishi Pajero SFX, a Toyota Land Cruiser, a Rolls Royce Phantom Drop-head Coupe, a Bentley Continental GT and Harley Davidson Dyna Street Bob, amongst others.

Various assets
SRK is the proud co-owner of the Indian Premiere League (IPL) team, Kolkata Knight Riders. He has a 55% stake in it, worth about INR575 crores. Then there is the Red Chillies production house with two subsidiaries – production and VFX. The annual turnover of Red Chillies Entertainment is around INR 500 crores. And if that wasn’t enough, SRK also owns an indoor theme park called Kidzania.

Brand endorsements
SRK apparently charges INR10 crores per brand endorsement nowadays. In his career, he has endorsed many brands including Pepsi, Airtel, Nerolac Paints, D’decor, Sprite, Navratna Cool, Hyundai Cars, Tag Heuer, Tata Tea, Videocon, VI- JOHN and Emami, etc.

And that’s not all…

King Khan owns a Tag Grand Carrera Calibre 17 RS Watch. He has many vanity vans, most of which are custom-designed and retail at about INR3.8 crores each. Oh and here’s the best part: He allegedly owns a piece of land on the moon! SRK has been quoted as saying, "An Australian lady buys a little land on the moon for me every year, on my birthday. She has been buying it for a while now and I get these certificates from the Lunar Republic Society."
