Commenting on the revelations made by the government on its own statistical data, Marriyum said that the facts and figures had become a charge sheet against the PTI regime itself.
She said the “incompetent PTI government” had snatched the basic right of Pakistanis to live and made the survival of a common man difficult.
“The hard working people earning livelihood with honest means cannot even afford fruits and vegetables under the despotic rule of Prime Minister Imran Khan,” she said.
“The helicopter-ride savvy Khan has no idea that only in Ramazan, the price of lentils shot up 6 per cent, tomatoes 54%, fuel 22% and transport fare by 15 per cent,” she added.
She claimed that after looting the masses the government was still Rs500 billion short of its tax revenue and there was no hope of any respite for people from the “tyrannical rule” of Khan.
