“The provincial government is utilising all resources for social development and to bring an end to poverty. A cell has been established to recommend steps in this regard,” Kamal said on Monday while meeting with American Board for International Teachers Certification official Iftikhar Qadar Khan.
The CM expressed interest in the certification programmes and directed authorities to introduce such programmes at Balochistan universities. He said the provincial government would welcome international organisations’ assistance for social development.
“We believe education is the only source of economic opportunities,” he added.
Iftikhar Qadar Khan briefed the CM about his organisation and its performance globally. “We have been providing certified training to teachers internationally which is helpful for enhancing their skills. We aloffer certification programme for provincial teachers,” he added.
