CM lauds successful Gwadar operation
Expresses grief over the martyrdom of five people in the attack

Balochistan Chief Minister Jam Kamal Khan has expressed satisfaction over the successful clearance operation conducted by security forces at the Pearl Continental in Gwadar.
“It is a matter of immense satisfaction that the clearance operation against militants has been successfully completed,” said Kamal in a statement issued by the CM Secretariat on Sunday.
He appreciated the swift and stringent response of the security forces in staving off the terrorist attack.
The chief minister expressed great sorrow and grief over the martyrdom of five people in the attack.

“Every conspiracy hatched against the development and progress of Pakistan and Balochistan will be thwarted. The people of Pakistan along with the security forces will not leave any room for militants in the country,” said Kamal. “Gwadar is the central point of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor project, and nobody can deny the fact that Gwadar and Balochistan have a significant and pivotal role in the game-changer project.”
He termed the attack on Gwadar hotel as a well-planned conspiracy to sabotage the pace of development and progress in Balochistan and the country as well.
“The enemies of Pakistan do not want to see Balochistan develop. To disrupt the process of development, such elements promote terrorism,” said Kamal.
