Unidentified assailants open fire on labourers and flee
QUETTA:
At least three labourers were killed and another injured on Tuesday in the Naseerabad district of Balochistan after unidentified assailants opened fire on them.
According to details, the labourers were working on a site in the Manju Shura area of the district when unidentified armed men opened indiscriminate fire on them, killing three on the spot and injuring a fourth.
According to police, the labourers belonged to Sindh's Tando Jam area.
At least four children injured after firing on Quetta school
The bodies and the injured have been shifted to a nearby hospital and further investigations are under way.
Last year in October, five labourers were killed and three others injured when unidentified motorcyclists opened fire at them and fled. The incident took place at Gunz area of Gwadar district.
According to official sources, the labourers were targeted while they were working at an under-construction house in a private housing scheme.
