GWADAR:
One of the attackers of the Saturday's terrorist attack on Pearl Continental hotel in Gwadar is believed to be on the missing persons list.

The responsibility of the attack was claimed by the outlawed Baloch Liberation Army (BLA).

“Our men from Majeed Brigade stormed the hotel building and targeted Chinese engineers and foreign investors staying at the hotel,” said BLA spokesperson Jerand Baloch.

“Hamal Fateh Baloch aka Habib, 35, of the Murree tribe along with Manseeb Baloch aka Karim Baloch and Kachkol Baloch aka Commando made an attempt to carry out the armed attack on foreign nationals,” Jerand added.

All attackers were gunned down after retaliatory fire from security forces.

The BLA had earlier named Hamal Fateh Baloch as one of the missing persons on its website and had alleged that he had been held by the security forces. However, Hamal Fateh, son of Qadir Khan Murree, was identified among one of the bodies of the Gwadar hotel attack terrorists.
