Body shaming seems like a thing of the past as more and more people have been raising their voices against it. Nonetheless, there are still numerous people going through it and eventually speaking up when they've had enough. And of course, this includes celebrities like Lollywood star Sana Fakhar.

Sharing a collage of her before and after pictures, the O Rangreza star recently wrote, "Why do we have double standards!? Size zero, four or six... why do we have to put a number upon and against people?"

She added, "Why do we have to have to judge everything and everyone against a single standard or benchmark of our own? Why is it that in certain cases, people come out and defend someone against body shaming while in other cases, they won't? Why can't we let others live and cherish life in their own skin and be comfortable in who they are?"

The Alif Allah Aur Insaan actor shared that she has always believed in a healthy lifestyle, in being who she is and loving oneself. "There may be days when we are overweight, thin or overwhelmed with emotions but we should enjoy each passing moment, nevertheless," said Fakhar.

She then went on to advise her followers to motivate others and "Enjoy a lifestyle of fitness, which is a comprehensive lifestyle statement, not just limited to weight." Fakhar added, "Our goal should be to encourage others, achieve whatever they want in life. It's not about a particular shape, size or else; it's simply being able to love and enjoy life as you prefer, full of energy and spreading positive vibes, whoever you come across in life."
