In the first incident, the bodies of Ayesha 40, and her daughter Amna 6, were recovered from the bedroom of a house on the first floor in Lytton Road police limits.
On Sunday neighbours called police after foul smell spread in the surroundings. A police team reached the spot and shifted the bodies to a morgue for autopsy. The circumstantial evidence suggested that the bodies were decomposed after passing many days.
Meanwhile, the body of a 60-year-old woman was recovered from Sundar area. The body was recovered from the roof of a house. Police shifted the body to the morgue for autopsy. The deceased was identified as Mumtaz Bibi. She had suffered injuries on her head. Police said the suspect(s) might have clubbed her to death.
