Two sentenced to death in dual murder case in Okara
Court awards seven year jail term to other co-accused

A court sentenced two accused to death and awarded seven years to another in a murder case in Okara. The judgment was announced by Additional Sessions Judge Mushtaq Ahmed.
The prosecution told the court that Riaz, Arshad and Iqbal had gunned down two men named Ali and Abbas over enmity a few years ago.
Police registered a case against the culprits and presented the challan before the court. After hearing the arguments, the judge handed down death sentence to Riaz and Iqbal.
The court also awarded seven years imprisonment to Arshad and imposed a fine of Rs30,000 on him.
Earlier, a court awarded death sentence to an accused for his involvement in a murder case in Sargodha. Additional District and Sessions Judge Irfan Ahmed Shaikh announced the verdict.
Convict Ramzan and his accomplices Zaman and Yar had killed Shahid over a dispute in 2014. Local police registered a case against the accused and presented the challan before the court.
After hearing the arguments, the judge handed down death sentence to Ramzan along with a fine of Rs0.53 million.
