RAWALPINDI: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) foiled the attempts of two wanted men to flee abroad from the Islamabad International Airport (IIA). Suspect Mureed Hussain, who was wanted in a murder case by the Toba Tek Singh police, was arrested by the FIA’s immigration staff while he was trying to escape to Dubai. Another suspect, Hussain Haider Hamdani, wanted in a fraud case worth millions, was trying to escape abroad. However, FIA officials arrested him.  Meanwhile, the Airport Security Force (ASF) at IIA recovered bullets from a passenger’s luggage on Thursday. While checking in for a flight to Manchester, seven bullets were found from the luggage of Jhelum resident Faisal. The suspect was handed over to the police after due process.
