Pashtun nationalists form alliance in K-P

Five Pashtun nationalist parties of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa have forged an alliance to put their energies together for resolving the issues and difficulties faced by people in the province.
The alliance was formally announced at a meeting held at Watan Kor, Peshawar. Besides the proponent of the alliance, Qaumi Watan Party (QWP), Mazdoor Kisan Party, National Party, K-P Wehdat, Awami Workers Party and Pakhtunkhwa Ulalsi Tehrik participated. After the meeting, the alliance said in press briefing that they would jointly struggle for the rights and resolution of difficulties faced by the province.
They added that the problems here could not be addressed and solved by a single party. The alliance would approach other parties as well to join them, they added.
