Sixth grade student subjected to sexual assault

W* was on his way home after school when accused Muhammad Irfan offered him a ride to home

A sixth grade student was allegedly subjected to sexual assault in Sialkot’s Qila Kalarwala Town, Express News reported on Tuesday.

An official of Raya Khas police station said that victim’s father S*, a resident of Kotli Nawanian Village, submitted a complaint, stating that his son W* studies at Government Muslim High School situated in the area.

He added on the day of the incident, W* was on his way home after school when Muhammad Irfan, riding a motorcycle, intercepted him near Children’s Park.

S* mentioned that the culprit offered his son a ride to home. He highlighted that the victim accepted the offer and went with him. He said the suspect took him to the bank of River Ravi in Bathanwala Village and allegedly raped him.

Later, he stated the accused left W* at an isolated place and in an injured condition.

The police have registered a case against the suspect and were conducting raids to arrest him.

Earlier, a boy was raped in Faisalabad’s People’s Colony area.

Reportedly, D* was returning home after attending tuition classes at a local institution situated on Jaranwala Road. In the meantime, five unidentified culprits in a car abducted the victim and took him to an undisclosed location.

The accused allegedly gang-raped D* and later dumped him in an unconscious state on Canal Road and fled.
