The victim’s uncle Muhammad Shafique, a resident of Zahid Colony, Gujranwala, told police that his niece Sania Bibi married Muhammad Asif a few years ago and the couple had six children.

He stated that soon after the marriage, the couple developed differences and they would often have arguments over minor issues.
